All Sales Are Final
Due to the specialized nature of our trailers, all sales are final. Once your order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in rare circumstances involving:
Shipping damage
Order fulfillment errors on our part
Damaged or Incorrect Trailers
If your trailer arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
Take clear photos documenting the damage or discrepancy
Email all details and images along with your order number to info@globalzonetrailers.com
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days
If your claim is approved, we will arrange for prompt repair, replacement, or partial refund at no extra cost to you.
⚠️ Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or resolution.
Custom Trailer Orders
Custom-built trailers (including special modifications, custom finishes, or add-ons) are non-refundable once production has begun. Carefully confirm all details prior to final approval of your custom order.
Refunds for Canceled Orders (Before Shipping)
If you need to cancel your order before it ships:
A partial refund may be issued (less a 10% processing and restocking fee and any non-refundable custom work deposits)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 5–7 business days to appear
No Chargebacks Policy
By completing your purchase, you agree to contact GlobalZoneTrailers.com directly to resolve any issues or disputes. Unwarranted or unauthorized chargebacks will be contested.
