At Global Zone Trailers, we take pride in providing high-quality trailers, containers, and shipping containers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and free from damage.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is a standard stock unit (custom-built or modified products are non-returnable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-built trailers or containers.

  • Special-order items.

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

  • Clearance or discounted “as-is” products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment without penalty.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return and may be subject to restocking fees.

7. Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned standard products.

  • Restocking fees do not apply to returns caused by our error.
